CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING GUIDELINES
LIFE IS UNPREDICTABLE, AND WE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MIGHT NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO UNFORESEEN EVENTS. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE INFORM US NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO PREVENT ANY INCONVENIENCES.
IF YOU PROVIDE NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING MORE THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, THERE WILL BE NO FEE, AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEW SCHEDULE.
SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, A FEE OF 100% WILL APPLY. THIS CHARGE IS NECESSARY TO COMPENSATE OUR STAFF FOR THE TIME RESERVED FOR YOU.
POLICY FOR LATE ARRIVALS AND NO-SHOWS
WE RECOGNIZE THAT DELAYS CAN OCCUR, BUT LATE ARRIVALS CAN DISRUPT THE DAY'S SCHEDULE AND AFFECT OTHER CLIENTS. THEREFORE, WE HAVE ESTABLISHED THE FOLLOWING APPROACH:
ARRIVING OVER 30 MINUTES LATE MAY BE TREATED AS A NO-SHOW, INCURRING A 100% FEE.
THIS POLICY IS IN PLACE BECAUSE A NO-SHOW MEANS A MISSED OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE ANOTHER CLIENT. THE FEE IS OUR WAY OF FAIRLY COMPENSATING OUR STAFF FOR THEIR DEDICATED TIME.
